Pier Masters, Inc. is a locally owned and operated Marine Construction business located in Port Haywood, Virginia in beautiful Mathews County.  Our company was formed in the fall of 2002 and officially incorporated February 14, 2003.  Pier Masters, Inc. has a Class B Contractor's license from the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in Virginia for Marine Construction, as well as a Mathews County Business License.  We maintain a current Worker’s Compensation Policy as well as a current General Liability Policy.   Please let us know if you require a copy of our certificates.

President and Head Contractor, Steven Ryan, has over 20 years experience in this field.  Steve worked with several other Marine Construction companies before forming his own. 

Vice President and Permitting Agent, Patty Ryan, has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and  customer service.  Patty co-founded the company. She manages the office and handles all of the permit paperwork.  She visits the jobsites often, and maintains a good relationship with the customers.
